Led by the director, CeLPU currently has 36 members, including executive members, advisory members, advisors, fellow
researchers, researchers, and administrative staff. The members are the best capable person with all-round expertise of
CeLPU’s research areas in the country. They perform active roles as professors, researchers, public officials, and
practitioners in various fields, such as law, economics, engineering, sociology, political science, public administration, and
journalism. The net effect of this member composition has been the foundation for flexibility and rapid response to changing
issues of law and public utilities, and it has facilitated the pioneering and interdisciplinary research, as well.
