The Center for Law and Public Utilities,having an interest in Public Utility that is directly connected to the interests of the public, such as electronic communications, energy, transportation and food, was established in 2006 and has since been carrying out professional research in these areas.
After its establishment, CeLPUorganized six research groups in different fields, including telecommunications, broadcasting, information communications technology (ICT), energy, food and drugs, and logistics. Experts, working-level officials, and researchers have been conducting in-depth research on laws related to major pending issues in each field.
